Nov. 5, 2019 – Audition fees due, ***$6 per student*** (postmark deadline)
Nov. 12, 2019 – Late Audition fees due, $20 per student (postmark deadline)
Nov. 19, 2019 – Website notification of accepted singers
Feb. 3, 2020 – Participation fees due, $55.00 per student (postmark deadline)
Feb. 28, 2020 – Performance at 2020 In-Service Workshop
Festival Scores – Audition Management System
We will use Festival Scores to manage audition mp3 uploads and judging. Teachers may begin
creating their Director account and adding in their student profiles now. The following Event
Tag will be needed in order to get started with your audition uploads, once you have your school
and student profiles in place.
Use the following Event Tag to activate this Audition Event in your Director account: GKYX3PT
— register their students.
— create their student profiles in Festival Scores.
— upload the mp3 audition recordings to Festival Scores.

Maria A. Ellis
Music Educator, Choral Conductor, Wife and Mother of 3, Maria has been referred to as a Master Educator and a Force of Nature from Dr. Jim Henry, University of Missouri-St. Louis. Maria holds a B.M. in Music Education emphasis on Voice (K-12 Certified) Degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She has served as the Arts and Administrative Fellow for The St. Louis Symphony as well as an intern for the E. Desmond Lee Collaborative. Maria currently serves as the Community Engagement Manager for The St. Louis Children’s Choirs and is the Director of The Sheldon Concert Hall and Art Galleries City of Music All-Star Chorus. Maria has served as a guest clinician and adjudicator for multiple schools throughout the United States. She is an active member of the American Choral Directors Association, National Association of Music Educators and holds Level 1 Certification for Choral Music Education.
